5. About 18 months ago I had my second face lift. I asked the Dr. to remove some age spots during the procedure. He removed them with a cauterizer. Now I have no skin pigmentation in those areas they are just white spots the size of a quarter. Is there anything I can do, other then getting them tatooed, to hide the spots? 6. I had a rhinoplasty 30 years ago and results were bad (due to several factors). The doctor that did the original tried twice to make it better, but only ended up taking too much cartaledge resulting in a caved in look on one side of my nose near the tip, and the nostril is misshapen as well. I went to another surgeon and he tried building it back up, but my body rejected the implant and it became infected, necessitating removal of the implant.
